Erin received her Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2002, following her Bachelor of Science from Queens University in Kingston. Continuing education has included additional studies in homeopathy, acupuncture for hormones and women’s health, environmental medicine, toxicity testing, detox support, weight loss strategies and Bowen Therapy.
Her general family practice encourages wellness for the entire family using a combination of Nutrition and Lifestyle counseling, Food sensitivity testing, Constitutional Homeopathy, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Herbal Medicine and Bowen Therapy. She has a special interest in all areas of Women’s Health. She has worked extensively with a variety of concerns, including gastrointestinal complaints (IBS, chronic constipation, diarrhea, IBD), women’s health (menstruation, menopause, fertility, pregnancy), skin conditions, learning difficulties, low immunity, arthritis, fatigue, insomnia, anxiety, weight loss and chronic pain.
Erin stays busy and happy in her spare time with dance, yoga, healthy cooking, reading, cross-country skiing and her wonderful son.
Don Warren: Naturopathic Medicine is a second career for Don. During a period of rapid growth of his family’s Ottawa based clothing retail chain he experienced a negative change in health which seemingly had no answers within conventional medicine. As a result of his pursuit to find solutions that would lead him back to health, he made a decision to embark on a totally new career. After completing the required pre-medical sciences at the University of Ottawa, Don and his wife Barbara and four children headed west to attend the National College of Naturopathic Medicine in Portland Oregon He finished his studies in 1984 and in the same year successfully completed licensing exams for both Oregon and Ontario. Although his practice is a general family practice in naturopathic medicine, he specializes in classical homeopathy and has studied with a number of internationally recognized homeopathic physicians including Dr. Francisco Eizeyaga from Argentina and Rajan Sankaran from Mumbai, India.
Kristy Lewis graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM), one of only two fully CNME accredited Naturopathic medical colleges in Canada. Her education also includes a B.A. in Business from McMaster University as well as a professional certification in Holistic Nutrition. She has additional training in IV therapy, detoxifying techniques and perinatal care.
Prior to her career as a Naturopathic doctor, Kristy worked as a Holistic Nutritionist, where she specialized in weight management and developed a comprehensive program that includes detoxification, nutrition, stress management, sleep hygiene and exercise components to assist people reach their weight goals.
While she maintains a general family practice, Kristy has a special interest in women’s health issues such as menopause, infertility, PMS, pregnancy and breast-feeding. She has extensive experience with allergies, asthma, food sensitivities, environmental toxicity, and pediatric health issues such as autism and ADHD.
Kristy stays healthy and happy by enjoying yoga, biking, hiking, music and cooking during her spare time.

After completing her honours bachelor degree from Queen’s University, Andréa Proulx went on to pursue her medical education at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto. While working in Toronto, Andréa combined knowledge and experience as a personal trainer with naturopathic training to help patients with weight loss goals as well as improve general health. Since moving to Ottawa, Andréa has continued to work with patients in her general practice keeping a focus on active balanced living and sports medicine.
Andréa is a consultant for the Canadian Sports Institute (Ontario) and has worked with athletes and coaches of Team Canada Special Olympics. As a frequent speaker for Running Room clinics and local sports organizations, she strives to help athletes of all shapes and sizes to reach their goals successfully and without injury.
From chronic pain and fibromyalgia to anxiety, or digestive issues and fatigue, Andréa looks to address the root cause of disease. She uses hormone testing, detox, acupuncture, nutrition and stress coping techniques as integral parts to her treatment plans working alongside patients to achieve optimal health.
Andréa’s balanced life includes playing competitive National level Ultimate Frisbee, cycling, running marathons, sitting on the board of directors for Planned Parenthood Ottawa and enjoying fresh air outdoors.
